Tracking your weights is an essential habit to ensure that you're progressively overloading your workouts. You can track your weights as you go, or go back after you finish your workout to input your data. In the workouts tab of the Pridefit app (2nd tab), click into the workout overview for the specific day you're on - you'll be able to scroll through all of the exercises you're doing that day. Absolutely! Just head to the 4th tab at the bottom of your Pridefit app and tap “Week.” Scroll down to the “Workouts This Week” section and hit the ➕ icon next to it.
