Tracking your weights is an essential habit to ensure that you're progressively overloading your workouts. You can track your weights as you go, or go back after you finish your workout to input your data. In the workouts tab of the Pridefit app (2nd tab), click into the workout overview for the specific day you're on - you'll be able to scroll through all of the exercises you're doing that day. Absolutely! Just head to the 2nd tab at the bottom of your Pridefit app and select “Journal”. Hit the ➕ icon, select “type” and scroll down to “custom activity”. There you can add the title of the activity and how long you did it for! When you’re done, just tap “Save” and you’re all set!Few readers
