Which Pridefit Program (Beginner, Home, Gym or Build) you should be doing
Pridefit Beginner is perfect for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of lifting in a structured, approachable way. While gym access is recommended for barbell work, all movements can be easily swapped for dumbbells, so you can build confidence and strength wherever you train!
Pridefit Home provides a complete fitness program that gives you an incredible workout without leaving your home. Pridefit Home is geared toward beginner to intermediate athletes and only requires one set of dumbbells - but the more dumbbells you have, the better.
We generally suggest people start with a set of 15lb dumbbells and a set of 25-35lb dumbbells. If you're only getting one set of dumbbells, we suggest a set of 20lb dumbbells.
Pridefit Gym is geared toward intermediate athletes with access to a gym. Gym provides strength & cardio workouts each week with two rest days dedicated to habit training.
Pridefit Build is a combination of workouts and nutrition training specifically designed to sustainably add lean muscle mass. Build is for advanced athletes and focuses more on strength & hypertrophy than HIIT.
