What are Bootcamps and how do I use them?

Bootcamps are coach-led, follow-along video workout plans designed for all levels and intensities! They’re shorter than our Essentials programming and offer more flexibility to fit your specific workout needs and goals. We recommend choosing either an Essential program or a Bootcamp to follow consistently.

To subscribe to a Bootcamp, head to the second tab in the Pridefit app, click "Bootcamps," select your desired program, and hit "Subscribe."
