How many days a week should I be exercising?
Pridefit has Thursdays and Sundays as our built in rest days. That being said, you should be exercising/resting as much as you need in order to make the program sustainable for yourself. If that means doing two workouts a week, but you're able to maintain that for the next two years, that's what we want you to do. We want to avoid not taking any rest days not only because our body needs time to recover, but because our brains need time away from exercise as well. It's common for new Pridefit athletes to think that the less rest days they take, the faster they'll see results. This couldn't be further from the truth. The members who pace themselves are the members who achieve their goals, so be smart about choosing your rest days.
