How long are the workouts each day?
This is going to vary depending on the program and the day. The goal is for the session workouts to take anywhere from a 30-60 minutes each day. That being said, if you have less than 30 minutes, we suggest doing part of the session workout or choosing an on-demand workout from our library. If your workout was shorter and you want more of a pump, we suggest tackling an on-demand workout after you finish your session workout. Our workouts are designed to be flexible with your schedule.
