Make sure to click "login" instead of "continue" if you signed up through the website.
Go through the app onboarding.
This will ask you about your goals and equipment so that you can decide which program to choose. After you finish the onboarding, you'll get prompted to check out a tutorial of all the tabs of the Pridefit app.
Create your community account here.
The community can be accessed inside the Pridefit app or on your browser, but you must create an account first. We suggest you use the same login credentials that you used to sign up for Pridefit.

Every member goes through an onboarding call with Coach Sam to create a plan for your fitness, nutrition, and recovery. Be sure to schedule this ASAP!

You'll choose between our Home, Gym, or Build programs. You'll start with session 1.
Do a la carte on-demand workouts here.

We add new workouts and recipes every week that you can do in place of or in addition to your signature program workout.
