Will Pridefit provide a meal plan?
We will give you all the resources to help you cook easy, healthy meals, but we will not be giving you a meal plan and the reason is simple:
Meal plans don't last for life.
We're interested in helping you build habits that you can keep with you until you die. That means creating autonomy with food. You will never learn what sustainable eating looks like if you have someone telling you exactly how many grams of banana you should have with your yogurt, or the minutiae of what you should be eating at every meal.
Meal plans are an excuse for the fitness industry to sell you another thing that you don't really need, and we're not buying it.
At Pridefit, we will teach you about tiny habit changes you can make to get incredible results in your nutrition. We're not going to sell you a meal plan knowing that you're not going to follow it after a week. We're going to teach you the basics of nutrition and how you can get results without restricting your favorite foods from your diet.
