When you sign up for Pridefit, you’ll start by sharing your fitness goals, preferences, and whether you'll be working out at the gym or at home. Based on your input, we’ll recommend one of the training programs that have been curated by our coaching team. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, returning after a break, or looking to take your training to the next level, we've got a program that will help you smash your goals!
Our programs are designed with all kinds of athletes in mind:

- Intermediate and advanced athletes ready to push their limits
- Those who prefer to train at home or in the gym
What Happens After I’m Matched With a Program?
Once you receive your personalized program recommendation, you’ll be connected with your very own 1-on-1 coach. Your coach will:
- Check in with you regularly and respond to workout videos for form correction
- Help adapt your program as your goals evolve
- Answer questions, provide motivation, and keep you accountable
It’s not just a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a dynamic, personalized experience built to support you every step of the way.
