# How to pause your subscription

If you're signed up through our website and you'd like to pause your subscription, just reach out to support@pridefit.com and our team will help you out!

If you're signed up through Apple, the only way to pause your subscription is to cancel your subscription (not delete your account) in your apple settings, and sign back up with the same email when you’re ready to come back! We cannot pause your subscription for you because Apple controls all Apple subscriptions.
