How do I log my weights?
Tracking your weights is an essential habit to ensure that you're progressively overloading your workouts. You can track your weights as you go, or go back after you finish your workout to input your data.
In the workouts tab of the Pridefit app (2nd tab), click into the workout overview for the specific day you're on - you'll be able to scroll through all of the exercises you're doing that day.
Click on one of the exercises to open the exercise tutorial video and description. In the top right hand corner you'll see a button to leave a note. Click on this button and log the weights you used that day.
Every time you do that exercise in the future, you'll see the weights that you logged for that exercise in the past.
