So sorry to hear that you are having problems with the Pridefit app! We always aim to provide a perfect experience for all users, but sometimes tech issues happen and we're dedicated to finding a fix for you!
If your issue relates to content access or account problems, it’s a good idea to start by logging out and logging back in to Pridefit app see if this fixes the problem.
If there are problems with the app functionality, the most important place to start is to make sure that your device and Pridefit app version are fully up to date. Please check for any pending system updates in your devices settings menu and that Pridefit has no current updates available on the app store.
After this, it is recommended that you restart your device before restarting the Pridefit app.
Didn't work? First, thanks for your patience! Second, send an email to support@pridefit.com with as much information as you can and we'll get our tech team to jump right on it.
Please include:
• Details about the problem you are experiencing (screenshots and screen recordings are great!)
• What actions you were taking in the Pridefit app before the problem occurred
• Which platform and phone version you are using (iOS, Android)
• The current version of Pridefit you are using
• The email address you use to login to the app
